Community Wellness Day

On Saturday, May 3, 2014, from noon to 4 p.m., at Randolph Middle School, Randolph residents will come together as a community in a celebration and exploration of health and wellness. Randolph’s first annual Community Wellness Day is completely free and open to the public. It brings together over 45 local businesses that focus on one of four key aspects of heath and wellness: personal health, safety, financial heath, and environmental health.

Celebrated across the Unites States and Canada, the sole purpose of Community Wellness Day is to foster individual responsibility for health and wellness, with guidance from community organizations and businesses. Randolph is the newest community to join this program and will offer multiple opportunities for free health screenings, essential information on nutrition and exercise, drug and alcohol awareness, identity theft, financial literacy, and environmental wellness.

You can download a copy of the Community Wellness Day flyer to the left or clicking here.
